Register for the 2010 Edmond Economic Preview

The Preview, sponsored by First Fidelity Bank, is Jan. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Nigh University Center at the University of Central Oklahoma. The event includes a CD launch, luncheon and expert panel*. The CD includes all reports and a special video, previewed at the event. Pre-registration cost is $35 and the at-the-door cost is $45. Both prices include the cost of lunch, the CD and parking. Attendees may purchase tables of eight for $270 until Jan. 20. Hard copies of the CD are available for an additional $25.

*Questions for the panel must be pre-submitted to info@eeda.com.

Church property sells
Edmond Chinese International United Methodist Church Inc. purchased church property at 321 W. 8th St. from Sunset Heights Baptist Church of Edmond for $490,000.

Designs by Tammy leased 3,265-square-feet at 1425 S. Santa Fe Ave. Stuart Graham and Mark Inman with CB Richard Ellis handled the transaction.

Lucas Fitness leased 1,550-square-feet in Alta Mesa Shopping Center near Second Street and Bryant Avenue. Robin O'Grady with NAI Sullivan Group and Ethan Slavin with JAH Realty handled the transaction.

Tracy Pierce Nester leased 950 square feet of office space at 3501 French Park Drive. Brad Baker with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
