February 16-28, 2010
Land sells
MedEx Properties LLC purchased less than an acre of land near the southwest corner of NW 164 and Pennsylvania Avenue from Sean and Jessie Ting for $206,500. The buyers will build a medical office building for use by a group of physicians. Michael Almaraz and Louis Almaraz handled the transaction.
