March 1-15, 2010

Office property sells
DCD Holdings LLC purchsed a 2,513-square-foot office building at the 5700 block of Northwest 132nd Street in the Offices at Turtle Creek from Bell Development LLC for $390,000. The building was built in 2009. Capitol Abstract &  Title Co. handled the transaction.

G.C. Broach Company Trust-1 purchased 20 acres of commercial land at 16315 N. MacArthur Blvd from Majestic Investments LLC for $600,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.
