The Economic Abstract, published annually by the Edmond Economic Development Authority and sponsored by Francis Tuttle Technology Center, contains demographic information including population, income levels, cost of living, crime figures, traffic counts and more. The 2010 Economic Abstract also contains information on Edmond's residential and commercial real estate markets, hotel market, retail sales statistics and public and higher education information.

The Father's House Inc. purchased 4,004-square-feet of industrial space at 33 NW 144th Cir. from RK Enterprises LLC for $365,000. The building was built in 2002. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.

3 Girls Photography LLC purchased 3,395-square-feet of retail space at 1024 W. Covell Rd. from Turner & Company Inc. for $730,000. The building was built in 2009. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.

$1 Jewelry and More leased 1,468-square-feet in Bryant Square at the southeast corner of Bryant and 2nd Street. Laci Jackson with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.
Blockbuster renewed its leased of 3,635-square-feet at 3010 E Memorial Rd. in Eagle Crest Shopping Center. Stuart Graham and Mark Inman with CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma handled the transaction.
