Nadim Daher and Reine Gebeily purchased a 16 unit multifamily property at 144-180 Clay Drive from Boulevard Townhomes Trust for $835,000. Stephen Pestinger with NAI Sullivan Group and Lisa Weaver with Century 21 Homes Plus handled the transaction.

CM Broadway Property LLC purchased 49,200-square-feet at 14205 Broadway Ext from Bar-Co Investments for $3,100,000. The building was built in 1976. First American Title & Trust handled the transaction.
