2007 Fast Fact cards now available
2007 Fast Fact cards published by the Edmond Economic Development Authority are now available. The wallet sized card contains statistics on Edmond’s population, income and cost of living, as well as, public and higher education and more! The 2007 Fast Fact card is a great tool not only for the EEDA, but also for Edmond citizens and business leaders to use in their travels. The 2007 Fast Fact card is a great way to promote the fastest growing large city in Oklahoma. We hope you will be an ambassador for our great city and hand them out in your conversations with people about Edmond. Faulkner Investment Properties II purchased 5,312-square-feet of office space at 925 Northwest 164th Street from Timberbrooke Holdings LLC for $535,000. The building was built in 2001. First American Title & Trust handled the closing.
Industrial property sells
Hatch Family Trust purchased 7,600-square-feet of industrial space at 6300 Boucher Drive from Jana D. Phillips Trust for $475,000. The building was built in 2004. Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City handled the closing.

Berkshire Plaza Reverse LLC and Midland Capital LLC purchased 37,684-square-feet of retail space at 13805 North May Avenue from The Shoppes at North Pointe for $4,558,000. The building was built in 2001/2002. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.
Westminster Road land sells
Springdale Properties LLC purchased 80 acres of land near North Westminster Road and East Covell Road from Cedar Point Development LLC for $540,000. First American Title & Trust handled the closing.
Johnny Carino’s changes hands
PWB Development LLC purchased 6,947-square-feet of retail space at 2905 W. Memorial Road from North Pointe-J LLC for $1,416,500. The building was built in 2001. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

Turner & Company purchased 89 acres of land at 2601 South Post Road from Redhawk Enterprises II LLC for $3,000,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.
Fretz Drive land sells
Morning Dove LLC purchased Lot 2 at 1402 Fretz Drive from Fretz-Apple Village-Partnership for $260,000. Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City handled the closing.
