Renaissance Boulevard property sells

Fleur LLC purchased 17,583-square-feet of office space located at 1701 Renaissance Boulevard for $2,375,000 from Orthopedic Center Associates LLC. The property was built in 1997. First American Title & Trust Company handled the closing.

 

Second Street property sells

Trisha & Neil LLC and AC Realty LLC purchased 13,120-square-feet of retail space located at 1340 East Second Street for $2,750,000 from EUP II LLC. The property was built in 2004. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

 

Memorial Road property sells

Lagniappe Properties LLC purchased 6,542-square-feet of retail space located at 800 West Memorial Road for $1,025,000 from Rachel and Cuong T. Nguyen. The property was built in 1995. OKC Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

 

Northeast 150th Street land sells

Midwest Land Development LLC purchased 90 acres of land located at 9700 Northeast 150th Street for $1,440,000 from Four Leaf Clover Investments. Stewart Abstract & Title of OK handled the closing.

 

Northwest 137th street land sells

Shiv Hospitality LLC purchased 2 acres of land located near Northwest 137th Street and Richey Road for $1,015,000 from Stonegate OKC HG LLC.

 

Bristol Park land sells

Hallman Properties LLC purchased 1.57 acres of land located at 15020 Bristol Park for $343,375 from BG Land Development LLC. First American Title & Trust Company handled the closing.

 

North Post Road land sells

MW Land Development LLC purchased 10 acres of land near North Post Road and Northeast 150th Street for $160,000 from K. John and Cathy Bachman.  Stewart Abstract and Title of Oklahoma handled the transaction.

Sela Products leased 4,200-square-feet of office space located at 937 Northwest 164th Street from Price Edwards & Company. Tom Fields handled the transaction.
