Asiya Partners purchased 5,564-square-feet of industrial space located at 1800 East Second Street from W & S Edmond Company for $839,000.

 

South Broadway property sells

Edmond Berkshire LLC purchased 35,843-square-feet of retail space located at 1427 South Broadway from Berkshire Plaza LLC for $5,720,000.

 

East Second Street property sells

Sulphur Motor Inn LLC purchased 35,920-square-feet of retail space located at 2700 East Second Street from Meeta Hotel Inc. for $3,650,000.

 

West Memorial Road property sells

Florence J. Gillmor purchased 4,160-square-feet of retail space located at 2624 West Memorial Road from The Ohana Group LLC for $3,081,500.

 

North Lincoln Boulevard property sells

Spirit SPE Portfolio 2007-2 LLC purchased 33,750-square-feet of retail space located at 14200 North Lincoln Boulevard from Hardy Management Company for $2,970,500

SWM Inc. purchased 2,160-square-feet of retail space located at 720 South Broadway from Vonda Wood Trust and Peggy Vandivort Trust for $325,000.

 

Northeast 150th Street land sells

Lauw Management LLC purchased 2-acres of land located near Northeast 150th Street and Metro Plaza Boulevard from NK and Jane Stavros for $215,500.

 

Edmond Dental Clinic office property sells

Dathan and Nicole Jay purchased 1,794-square-feet of office space located at 1413 South Boulevard from A. Sam and Mary Lynn Coury for $265,000. The building was built in 1963.  Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

 

Storage USA retail property sells

Securecare Oklahoma I LLC purchased 39,850-square-feet of retail space located at 168 East 33rd Street from Storeroom 2004 LLC.  The property was one of seven sold in the metro area during the transaction totaling $19,019,000.  The building was built in 1983.  First American Title & Trust handled the closing.

 

Store Room retail property sells

Securecare Oklahoma II LLC purchased 67,689-square-feet of retail space located at 600 Northwest 178th Street for $4,951,000 from Storeroom 2000 LLC.  The building was built in 2001.  First American Title & Trust handled the closing.

Pelham Partners LLC purchased 1 lot of land located at Lot 7, Block 1 of Sanoma Lake Office Park from Sanoma Lake Office Park LLC for $200,000.  Lawyers Title of OKC handled the closing.

Gatekeeper Memorial LLC purchased 72,080-square-feet of retail space located at 3221 East Memorial Road from OK City LLC for $3,625,000.  First American Title & Trust handled the closing.
