The Edmond Economic Development Authority's 2008 Economic Preview Book Launch and Luncheon is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 24 in Ballrooms B and C at the University of Central Oklahoma. Janet Yowell, executive director of the Edmond Economic Development Authority will give a glimpse of Edmond’s economy and an overview of the information compiled in the 2008 Economic Preview Book.  Economic and real estate forecasts for Edmond and the surrounding area will be available in the 2008 Economic Preview Book which will launch at this annual event, sponsored by First Fidelity Bank. The pre-registration cost is $30 and includes the luncheon and the 2008 Economic Preview Book containing all presentations, data and reports collected from each expert.
