Johnnie’s Charcoal Broiler building changes hands
Shoppes at North Pointe Holdings and North Point J Holdings purchased 8,846-square-feet of retail space located at 33 East 33rd Street from Johnnie’s Charcoal Broiler Inc. for $150,000. The restaurant will now be a part of the new Shoppes on Broadway redevelopment. The building was built in 1995. Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.
