DST Properties LLC purchased a 24,220-square-foot office complex at 2500 South Broadway from Dunleith Properties LLC for $722,500.  The buildings were built in 1974 & 1982.  Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.

Kannard Jewelers leased 1,750-square-feet of retail space at Edmond Downtown Plaza, 100 N. Broadway.  Stuart Graham and Ryan Storer with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma handled the transaction.


Morrison group, a national coffee and tea distributor will lease 44,144-square-feet in Broadway Square at 3601 S. Broadway.  Johnathan Russell of Land Run Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction for building owner Peter Gianos.
