This year's Preview includes a CD launch, luncheon and an expert panel. Boulevard Village LLC purchased a 36,173-square-foot shopping center at 3400 South Boulevard from Maloy Properties LLC for $1,700,000.  The building was built in 1986.  Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort handled the transaction.
