The 2009 Edmond Economic Preview, sponsored by First Fidelity Bank, is January 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Nigh University Center at the University of Central Oklahoma. This year's Preview includes a CD launch, luncheon and expert panel. The new CD format includes all reports, as well as a short video of Edmond that will be previewed at this annual event. DDS Properties LLC purchased a building at 1229 East 33rd Street in Christman Parke from Thirty Third Street Partners LLC for $435,000.  The building was built in 2008. Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.
