Edmond-Area Commercial Real Estate Transactions

 

Medical office sells

Westbrook Investors LLC purchased an 8,631-square-foot medical office building at 1208 West 15th Street from Westbrook Family Physicians Properties LLC for $1,300,000. The building was built in 1985.  First American Title & Trust Co. handled the transaction.

Aston Management Co. LLC purchased a 3,099-square-foot office building in Christman Parke at 1257 East 33rd Street from Thirty Third Street Partners for $402,500.  The building was built in 2008.  Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.

NGP V Oklahoma LLC purchased a 90,528-square-foot office building at 3301 West Memorial Road from Memorial Associates LLC. for $24,562,998.  The building was built in 1998.  Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.
