Office building sells

LMSGTS Partnership LLC purchased a 4,488-square-foot office building in French Park East at 3408 A 1 French Park Drive from CRK Properties Inc. for $375,000.  The building was built in 1990.  Oklahoma City Abstract & Title handled the transaction.

Lowe’s finalizes ownership of building

Lowe’s Home Centers Inc. purchased the 140,144-square-foot retail building at 2401 North Kelly Avenue from Jemsite Development LLC for $16,245,000. The building was built in 2008.  Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City Inc. handled the transaction.

Murphy Oil USA Inc. purchased a 147-square-foot gas station at 1100 North Santa Fe Avenue from Wal-Mart Store East LP for $559,500.  The building was built in 2000.  Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.
