Office building sells

Hamra Holdings LLC purchased a 4,271-square-foot office building in Glen Eagles Office Park at 1001 NW 139th Parkway from Glen Eagles Office Park Construction Co. for $754,000. The building was built in 2008. Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City Inc. handled the transaction.

MTV Real Estate purchased a 6,842-square-foot office building at 2611 Kelley Pointe Parkway from MHA Properties LLC for $1,070,000. The building was built in 2007. Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City Inc. handled the transaction.
