Edmond-Area Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Retail property sells

Barry T. Rice Trust purchased the 6,396-square-foot La tee Da building at 10 S. Broadway from Robert C. Howl Trust for $257,500. The building was built in 1922. Oklahoma City Abstract & Title handled the transaction.

Office property sells

Brian Lorentz and Daun Stacy purchased a 3,639-square-foot office property at 3330 French Park Dr. from Jeanita M. Jurrens Trust for $375,000. The building was built in 1985. American Eagle Title Insurance Co. handled the transaction.
