Edmond-Area Commercial Real Estate Transactions

 

Restaurant property sells

St. Louis Saleleaseback LLC, doing business as Henry Hudson’s, purchased the 4,082-square-foot Henry Hudson’s building at 2100 East Edmond Road. from Adair’s Inc. for $630,000. The building was built in 1999. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.

Robyn L. Will, CPA leased 1,200-square-feet at 937 NW 164th. Tom Fields of Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.

 

Superior Well Services, Inc. leased 5,782-square-feet of office space at 14000 Quail Springs Parkway, Suite 1400 from SG/SPV Property II, LLC. Susan Davis Jordan with NAI Sullivan Group and Jim Frankenfield with Stonegate Hogan handled the transaction.
