REGISTER FOR THE 2010 EDMOND ECONOMIC PREVIEW
The Preview, sponsored by First Fidelity Bank, is Jan. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Nigh University Center at the University of Central Oklahoma. The event includes a CD launch, luncheon and expert panel*. The CD includes all reports and a special video, previewed at the event. Pre-registration cost is $35 and the at-the-door cost is $45. Both prices include the cost of lunch, the CD and parking. Attendees may purchase tables of eight for $270 until Jan. 20. Hard copies of the CD are available for an additional $25.

Office property sells
SNH Medical Office Properties Trust purchased a 22,625-square-foot medical office property at 200 N. Bryant Ave. from HUB Properties Trust for $3,447,000. The building was built in 1992. Tulsa Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.
