Edmond-Area Commercial Real Estate Transactions
February 1-15, 2010

Industrial property sells
KJUARK, LLC purchased industrial buildings at 2345 E. Waterloo Rd. from Darrell Craig and Marcia Ann Boyer for $375,000. Larry Lide with MATRIX Commercial Real Estate, LLC handled the transaction.

Retail property sells
Timothy James Norris purchased 5,062-square-feet of retail space at 200 S. Fretz Ave. from Fred J. and Peggy A. Thomas for $500,000. The building was built in 1984. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.

Retail property sells
Broncho Land & Investment LLC purchased 6,500-square-feet of retail space in Downtown Edmond at 15 S. Broadway from Charlotte Gibson Trust, and Lezli and Steven Edward Gibson for $500,000. The building was built in 1918. Oklahoma City Abstract & Title handled the transaction.

Cupcakes To Go Go leased 1,200-square-feet of retail space at 2524 W. Edmond Rd. Rod N. Baker with Baker First Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction.

Complete Landsculpture of Texas, LP leased 4,880-square-feet of industrial space at 525 Westland Drive. Larry Lide and David Lide with MATRIX Commercial Real Estate, LLC handled the transaction.

G Force LLC leased 1,370-square-feet of industrial space at 711 W. Edmond Rd. Susan Lide with MATRIX Commercial Real Estate, LLC handled the transaction.

Redbud Realty & Associates leased an additional 700-square-feet of office space at 500 W. 15th St. Susan Lide with MATRIX Commercial Real Estate, LLC and David Moeller of Redbud & Associates handled the transaction.

Thais Goodwin leased 1,750-square-feet of restaurant space for the new Bayou Grill & Bakery at Danforth and Bryant in Kickingbird Plaza Shopping Center. Jim Rose of Grubb Ellis | Levy Beffort handled the transaction.

Edmond Furniture Gallery leased the 23,000-square-foot former Home Decorators Collection building at 1951 S. Broadway. Louis Almaraz with Grubb | Ellis Levy Beffort handled the transaction.

TruMed, Inc. leased 2,900-square-feet of medical office space at 120 N. Bryant, Suite A-9 in Sycamore Square. The Grant Group handled the transaction.

TCIM Services Inc. leased 12,060-square-feet of office space at 1145 W. 15th St. Rick Pritchett with Precor Ruffin handled the transaction.

Daylight Donuts leased 1,200-square-feet of retail space in the Willow Creek Shopping Center at 400 S. Santa Fe Ave. Lisa Brandes with Courby Properties handled the transaction.
