Rockwell Ave. and 164th St. from Timothy and Jan Smith for $2.2 million. Capital Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing Covell land sells The Roberts Group LLC purchased 106 acres at N. Western Ave and W. Covell Rd. from Douglas and Jayne Benkendorf for $1.4 million. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.
