Hampton Inn changes hands
Ghotra Investments LP purchased Hampton Inn at 300 Meline Drive for $4.9 million from Vishnu Inc. The three-story building was constructed in 1988 and totals 41,984 square feet. Marcia Chappelear with First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Building in Bristol Office Park sells
1701 W. 33rd LLC bought a 2,001-square-foot office building at 1701 W. 33rd Street in Edmond from Danforth Development LLC for $205,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.

Western land sells
Arcadia Farm LLC purchased 147 acres near Western Avenue and W. Covell Road from R.D. and Betty Neal III for $1.65 million. First American Title handled the closing.

Sorghum Mill land sells
Spinning Spur LLC purchased 80 acres near E. Sorghum Mill Road and N. Air Depot Boulevard for $1.2 million from Gilbert H. and Mildred Tuepker, Margaret Russell, Lloyd Boatright III, Harriette Boatright, Kathryn & John Phillips Boatright Family LLC. First American title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Covell land sells
Turner & Company purchased 1 acre from Kirkpatrick Bank near N. Kelly Avenue and W. Covell Road for $200,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.

Legacy Realty LLC purchased 3,440 square feet at 2232 NW 164th Street from Alliance Property & Development for $360,000. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Dog Pen Holdings LLC purchased 10,600 square feet at 801 W. Centennial Blvd. from Ben S. Lu Living Trust for $472,500. American Guaranty Title Co. handled the closing.

JPHM Investments LLC purchased 8,300 square feet at 13501 N. Railway Drive from Johnnies Catering for $360,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.
