Industrial property sells
Ben’s Hot Rod Garage LLC bought a 9,275-square-foot industrial building at 14844 and 14848 Bristol Park Boulevard in Edmond from Ketch Construction LLC and RST Properties LLC for $175,000. First American Title & Trust Co. handled the closing.

Covell land sells
Garrett Development purchased 40 acres near Covell Road and N. Boulevard Avenue from Thomas Trails Investors LLC for $1.8 million. Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City handled the closing.

Office property sells
LMB Investments LLC purchased a 7,109-square-foot office building at 14000 Quailbrook Dr. in Edmond from Quailbrook Place LLC for $820,000. The building was built in 1997. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.

Edmond Public Schools purchases land
Edmond Public Schools purchased 40 acres near Northeast 97th Street and East Waterloo Road from ABS Option Company LLC for $775,500. Stewart Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.

Land near Coltrane and Covell sells
Arcadia properties purchased 15 acres near North Coltrane Road and East Covell Road from Edmond Public Schools for $547,000. Stewart Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.
