Kelley Pointe: 100% leased

Kelley Pointe Plaza, the first building at Kelley Pointe Technology Park, is 100 percent leased, according to the developer, B.D. Eddie Enterprises. Three tenants recently signed leases to acquire space in Kelley Pointe Plaza located within the 240-acre master planned business park at 33rd Street and Kelly Avenue.

Golf USA Leases 3,500 square feet in Edmond
Golf USA leased 3,500 square feet of retail space in the University Plaza Shopping Center at Second St. and Bryant Ave. in Edmond for a new store to open in the spring of 2003.

Out of the Bedroom and Onto Main Street
Edmond has become significantly more than a bedroom community for Oklahoma City. A drive around town alone proves this profound statement of the obvious. New construction at every turn, phenomenal infrastructure improvements, beautification projects, and a high commercial rental rate for office space ($14 per square foot average) indicates Edmond has something special bottled up within its borders and whatever it is, its bubbling over. Accounting Firm Completes New Construction/Expansion
John M. Arledge & Associates Inc. in Edmond announced the completion of their corporate expansion. The accounting firm recently moved into its new 9,000-square-foot corporate office building at 309 N. Bryant. The firm’s new building is part of a three-office complex at Chaumont Plaza located at Ayers and Bryant avenues.
