Express Meat purchases 50,000 square feet on N. Kelley
Triple J Investments, LLC purchased a 50,000-square-foot warehouse on 23.5 acres at 14343 N. Kelley for $3,550,000 from Alliant Foodservice, Inc. Triple J is doing business as Express Meat Company, Inc. Express will be expanding their facilities into this building. The expansion into the new building will more than triple their current size. David Lide and Randy Lacey of Grubb & Ellis|Beffort Brooks Hogan handled the deal.

Manufacturing facility sold
Stephen W. Davis bought industrial property at 5600 N. I-35 Industrial Boulevard in Edmond for $215,000 from Gary and Barbara K. Burson and Judith A. and Larry D. Trahern, according to county property records. The property includes a one-story, 5,000 square-foot light manufacturing building constructed in 1984. First American Title & Trust closed the transaction.

Edmond Animal Clinic and House sells on 2nd Street
Edmond RC, LLC has purchased two buildings on 5.15 acres at 730 E. 2nd in Edmond. The property sold for $520,000. The property includes a veterinarian hospital built in 1930 measuring 2,598 square feet and a residential property totaling 1,288 square feet. AJ and Mildred Mickish were the sellers in the transaction. Capitol Abstract and Title Company handled the closing.

11 acres sell in Edmond
ACF, LLC purchased 11.02 acres of undeveloped land at 3721 S. Boulevard in Edmond for $1,095,874. The seller was the Norma Wynn Vandergriff Trust. A residential development is planned for the property. David Lide and Randy Lacey of represented the seller and Joe Gilliland of Gilliland Realty represented the buyer. Jackie Hatton with Capitol Abstract & Title Company handled the closing.

Office building purchased in Edmond
Integrity Properties, LLC has purchased property at the Apple Village Business Park at 1404 S. Fretz in Edmond. The office building was built in 2001 and consists of 6,562 square feet of office space. The selling price was $500,000. Prestige Customs Homes, Inc. was the seller in the transaction. Linda Rachel with Lawyers Title of Oklahoma City, Inc. handled the closing services.

ACF, LLC purchased 84 acres of land located just south of the southwest corner of 33rd and Boulevard in Edmond for approximately $1,095,000. The seller of the property was the Norma Wynn Vandergriff Trust. The land was purchased for future development. David Lide and Randy Lacey with Grubb & Ellis|Beffort Brooks Hogan represented the seller in the transactions and Larry Lide of Matrix Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

Kelley Pointe Plaza, the first building at Kelley Pointe Technology Park, is 100 percent leased, according to the developer, B.D. Eddie Enterprises. Three tenants recently signed leases to acquire space in Kelley Pointe Plaza located within the 240-acre master planned business park at 33rd Street and Kelly Avenue.
